Boiler service £72.OO including VAT.
If your boiler is under warranty and requires a water quality test for inhibitor and corrosion I can carry this out using the Adey Pro-Check test kit. This will increase the service cost to £78.00 Inc VAT.
Serviced to manufactures instructions. If any seals are due replacement these will be charged extra. Checks carried out: Expansion vessel recharge, visual check of condition, flue integrity test, Inlet gas pressure or gas rate, flue gas analysis. Results on completion emailed to homeowner.
Landlords gas safety check: £90.00 including Vat Includes three appliances i.e. Boiler, cooker, gas fire and gas tightness test.
Landlords gas safety check and service at same time: £120.00 Inc Vat
Unvented Hot water cylinder service and certificate £60.00 including Vat
Domestic Labour rate £50.00 P/HR + VAT
Commercial boiler servicing rate £100.00 + VAT plus any service kit required
