Boiler service £80.OO including VAT, Water quality test carried out with an Adey Pro check test kit for inhibitor concentration for boilers in warranty period.
Serviced to manufactures instructions. If any seals are due replacement these will be charged extra. Checks carried out: Expansion vessel recharge, visual check of condition, flue integrity test, Inlet gas pressure or gas rate, flue gas analysis. Results on completion emailed to homeowner.
Landlords gas safety check: £90.00 including Vat Includes three appliances i.e. Boiler, cooker, gas fire and gas tightness test.
F75, F54, F22, F29 Vaillant fault codes repaired.
F75 fault code Water pressure sensors held as van stock.
Landlords gas safety check and service at same time: £120.00 Inc Vat
Unvented Hot water cylinder service and certificate £70.00 including Vat
Domestic Labour rate £50.00 P/HR + VAT
Commercial boiler servicing rate £100.00 + VAT P/HR plus any service kit required
